My little man is Finally an Infant!!! No longer a Newborn.
This month seemed to be the one with the biggest changes, especially in strength and awareness.
Jasper is out of his newborn stage and is much more of a baby now (even in the way he looks.) He is alert and very aware of everything around him. He’s definitely getting more fun as he gets older.
Jasper has begun squawking, like all the time an super loudly. He just figured out how to do it and thinks his voice is super cool.
His hands are his favorite chew toy. He’ll fit his whole fist in his mouth then chew and drool all over it. He loves jumping and standing when we hold him, looking at himself in the mirror, having books read, bath time and Swimming at the pool, But his all time favorite thing is dancing to music with Mama and going on walks. He smiles and laughs so much.
His cheeks are getting super chubby and so are his legs. I just want to eat them. He seems to sleep for 4 hours at a time now at night. But he still feeds every 2 hours during the day, hopeing it will space out soon. He is 13.6# which is great. When we went to a pediatrician at 6 weeks and they told us he was 13 # then ( idiot's) she weighed him wrong. Then we went to see our amazing Midwives at 9 weeks and he was 11.5#. So he has gained 2 # in a Month. Healthy Boy!
It is getting harder and harder to be away from Joshua. Not having his help with Jasper. Joshua not having the experience with him and being a Father to him all the time, not just every other week. I miss Joshua all the time especially at night, I miss him holding me tight and comforting me when I am sad and overwhelmed. I have been feeling like a single Mom and it drives me crazy. I love hanging with my little guy all day but wow I really need a night off.
Super excited for this November month. Lots of stuff planned and Thanksgiving should be a blast with Joshua's parents coming. Sorry I haven't been blogging life happens, I still have to blog about California and His very first Halloween. Till the next moment I get.
